New service will go into public testing in about a week, from there when all issues are patched and it's ready to go will be launched. Accounts will be transferred, however since Yahoo refuses to give account authentication on iourpg.com users, another method will be put in place for the transfer to occur. This can put the game down for about a day and a half during the transfer.
