This is the currently maintained version of Zilla (Padd1ngton_Bear)'s multicalc. But he's been really busy with life so he agreed to pass it on my hands a few years ago now.<br />

			<description><![CDATA[Welcome to your pet upgrade guide. If you don't know what has changed and are unsure what to do next, this is the right place to start.<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">What happened?</span><br />
- The PP shop was replaced by a pet upgrade map.<br />
- The arena was extended beyond level 30.<br />
- Pet damage is now mainly based on your auto damage.<br />
- All pet upgrades were reduced to conform with this new damage calculation<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Pet upgrade map</span><br />
The pet upgrade map is a big kind of star chart which replaces the PP shop. But don't worry, all your previously spent PP have been refunded. The map features:<br />
- 164 nodes which can be unlocked (one after the other)<br />
- 14 different types of nodes (8 non-arena and 6 arena, see below); you see the type by hovering over it<br />
- 8 nodecenters (the green circles) featuring a different type of non-arena node on its diagonal lines<br />
The map can be zoomed in and out using the +/- buttons and panned by clicking and dragging the starry background.<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Unlocking nodes</span><br />
Nodes have to be unlocked before you can use (upgrade) them.<br />
- The number of possible node unlocks is 3 * pettier for each of your pets. Your remaining unlocks are shown at the bottom left.<br />
- Up to 5 extra unlocks can be bought for increasing diamond costs (500, 1000, 2500, ?, ?) using the +1 button at the top left.<br />
- You unlock a node by clicking on it. You can unlock a node only if you have previously unlocked an adjacent node. The only exceptions are the 4 nodes in the center of the map which can be unlocked right away. When you reach a nodecenter, you can unlock all nodes adjacent to it.<br />
- Nodes which can be unlocked next are shown in grey, already unlocked nodes in bright color and currently not unlockable nodes in dark color.<br />
- You can reset all your node unlocks (and get a full refund for all PP spent on them) by clicking the reset button on the bottom. Resetting costs a fixed 400 diamond fee. Free resets may provided by the game developers from time to time.<br />

This guide is just going to be here on IOU forum, and may change as Ray, Jay, or any other admin change the Fishing setting.<br />
This wont have any hard math just observations, if you want the math it well be on the wiki page, and in time someone may make an optimization calculator for fishing.<br />
<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="color: #333333;">Go after pools that have 66%/75% of the fish you want, to do this you have to:</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #333333;">Play the waiting game; wait for the fish to change out for different fish until you get a pool you like. </span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Suggested Upgrade Order:</span><br />
1. Rod lvl 2(this increases the rarity of the fish you can get by 3 [lvl 1 rod gives you T1 - T4  fish <span style="text-decoration: underline;">(T = tier lvl or Rarity)</span>, the first 4 fish types you can get in game], this also helps you get more <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Pearls or Fish Upgrades</span> as it lets you catch more types of fish)<br />
2. Tackle lvl 2(this helps you catch those higher Tier/Rarity fish by attracting those higher Tier/Rarity<span style="font-style: italic;">, and as you lvl your tackle less lower tier fish well appear and more mid tier</span>)<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Lvl 2 cost = 5k; Lvl 3 = 25k; Lvl 4 = 125K; Lvl5 = 625K<br />

If your close to the cost of the boat and or knife saving up your Diamonds for the Knife and or the Boat well help a lot as these shop upgrades are permanent.<br />
Knife: 10% to fish value.<br />

If you are not close, saving up for a whistle every now and then helps a lot too, just save up your energy to near max before buying the whistle this helps you get as much of the whistle use out of it as you can.<br />

You get 1 energy every 30 minutes so in 48 hours you well have 96 energy near the max of 100.<br />

A lot of rumors and mis-communications have been spread, so to clear up the simple portions:<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Kills</span></span><br />
Experience and gold gains are no longer affected by kills (Except for treasures, which still drop gold). Kills focus now is for cards, and challenges.<br />
<br />
Experience and Gold gains are now based on your DPS and party, and processed once every 5 seconds.<br />
<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Parties</span></span><br />
Every party member will now add 5% addition gold/exp, along with adding 5% of their DPS into your calculations. Your DPS calculations cannot surpass 130% of your personal dps however.<br />
<br />
Beyond that, the ascension party boost will still apply on top of the 5% per party member.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Offline Gains</span></span><br />
Offline gains are based on 90% of the value you would get while online, however cards are not included, nor are treasure gold drops. This is the first push of the system, so expect some tinkering to these gains.<br />

Being online has several advantages still. You can watch your gains change based on the zone/inf tier you're on. 			<description><![CDATA[As many of you are aware, when run with the current version of flash player (at the time of writing, version 20.0.0.267), the game experiences a "memory leak" - that is, it gradually reduces the computer's available memory, and ultimately crashes the game after some time.<br />

There are a number of solutions to this problem, but I am writing this guide to attempt to provide the simplest, which is to run the game with an unaffected version of the flash player (specifically, version 19).<br />
<br />
Whilst this solution would also resolve the issue for players on every platform, if the appropriate flash variables were appended to the client URL as a query string, I can only provide instructions or support for players who access the game through iourpg.com in order to remain within the terms set by our partner platforms.<br />
<br />
The first step, is to download flash version 19, which is available here (official archive):<br />

Hello hello! Many of you may know me from Kong as Padd1ngton_Bear. <img src="https://iourpg.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.png" alt="Smile" title="Smile" class="smilie smilie_1" /> As my first post to the IOU forums, I thought I'd jump in here and share my own IOU calculator. It's hosted on Google Sheets and has a variety of features:<br />

<li>Easy-to-fill layout with multiple lazy man dead toggles and in-sheet explanations of said things</li>
<li>An Orb Optimizer</li>
<li>Time-based completion math</li>
<li>Potentially over-elaborate pet calculator with an Arena projection tool</li>
<li>Multi-build support (Idle/Challenge)</li>
<li>Focus-based optimization: XP, Gold, Challenge Damage or Raw Idle DPS</li>
<li>Expedition, Woodcutting and other optimizers with varying selectable degrees of complexity (no, really)</li>
<li>In-sheet update notifications (hopefully not 5 a day anymore) and regular updates from yours truly with the help of many of your friends from the Kong community, as well as the occasional hand from Chatzy</li>
<li>Extremely accurate inferno tier and party calculator (single party only)</li>
<li>Other hidden crap!<br />

It does not support active click builds right now - I started to build it, but then I realized I'd basically have to build the whole sheet over again and said to hell with it - and I'd already spent 70 hours on it. It's painfully accurate at levels beyond 130 - <del>the sub-130 Level Bonuses are incorrect, and I haven't made an alt to test it</del> (this is fixed - it should be accurate at all levels now).<br />
