[FIXED][Guild] Stone consumed but no progress?

I recently put in 1K stone towards Stables in my guild, only to have it get stuck on Verifying Investment.  I refreshed and logged back in to find my stones consumed but no progress made.

I have this bug too. I've done it twice, I believe where it correctly worked and twice where it didn't. It gave me the guild XP all four times to put toward my personal upgrades, but no progress on the latter two times.

Kiro - please send me a PM of your character name, guild, and investments that didn't register. I'll take a look at the logs and look to resolve this during the downtime of the next patch.
