Are upgrades cumulative or averaged in a group?

Just trying to figure out how the mechanics work...in a group of 3 people and then in the challenges.

So if I have a HP reduction of 15%, and the other two party members have 5% each is that a total of 25% reduction or is it 8.33%?

The same for Treasure Hunter and easy Loots. And then what about when it's a group challenge?

nope the party system will choose the one that have the highest upgrade version, for example system will choose ur 15%, easy loot only for treasure, hp reduce for all except treasure, challenge depend on hp reduce :v
