Card drop bug or super unlucky !?

My main have 17/25 and my side got 29/50 start at the same rate kill same amount of mobs but the distance is like this o.O , so the card drop for each one or 1 card for ONLY 1 member of the party * im in 2nd ascend that mean 1/500 and i kill 20-50k+ *

Just unlucky. 1/500 is just a % of a chance for the card to drop, for each player in a party. It isn't to say that ever 500 kills you'll both get 1 card. One person can get a card in 10 kills, the other in 5000. It's all just random luck.
