What is going on?

I joined a guild a week ago. As it turns out I was the only one investing, and it looks like its been 10-30 days since other guild members have been online. What gets me though is, in my guild chat, two players who aren't logged in are somehow transferring ownership of the guild back and forth. 

Every few seconds this happens. Doesn't anybody know what is going on here?

Also, I need a new guild, I'm level 27. Hopefully, one with active players who also invest.
