The upgrade has no effect at all.

Hey Phayte,

I double checked into this and it does appear to work, but seems a relog (at the current time) is required to get the client to see the reduced time or you'll notice the seconds reduced from what they normally are on the following claim.

To be honest I don't think I relogged between getting the upgrade and checking the time; when I get a chance I'll double check that.

Edit: Took 1 level of the upgrade, refreshed, and claimed. The next claim countdown timer started at 5h 59m 59s. That should have been 5h 52m 48s @ 2% reduction, shouldn't it?

Anyway, I'll check again after the next update.
