When is it safe to asccend the 2nd time?

i am now currently able to, but i dont want to ascend a 2nd time and not be able to kill anything, what is the suggested monster level that i can solo before i should ascend the 2nd time? thanks!

first mob after second ascension is lvl 114 if I'm right, so you should try when you can solo kill creatures of that level or higher

you can upgrade dmg (maybe best upgrade) with ascension points after ascension....so you don't need to kill right now lvl 114
