diminishing returns on upgrades

i am wondering if there is just diminishing returns on upgrades, or if the curve slows down , but then speeds up?

for instance, i have hp reduction at level 25, and it reduces hp by 11.25. it says next level will be level 26 and 11.35. now in another thread, a person said they had 17 hp reduction, so i am wondering if that is because the person is around level 84 or higher in hp reduction, or if the percentage starts to grow after the slowdown of .10?

They probably meant level 17 hp reduction. The upgrades in this game become ridiculously over priced for what you get in return. lol Double attacks description, did you read it. After 100%, chance for triple attack and further... you'd probably have to play this game for 3 years to ever get to triple attack.
