Expedition Failures

Well hello! First I would like to say I really love this game!
I've been reading the forum for some time now, but chose to create an account.

Unfortunately the last step it took me to create an account is a bug report.

Since yesterday all my expeditions have failed. I do the 2hour gold expeditions (except when I go to sleep, I do an 8 hour then) but fail each time.
By estimation my expeditions have failed 10 times in a row. A refresh does not solve the problem !
I have maxed the hull of my spaceship, so I should have a fail rate of 34%.

it happen men sometimes i got really suck and got 4-days straight of fail some just x2 :3

I've had lots of failing too today, I wonder if it's just us being unlucky or something else
