Where to input valentine's day code?

i input the code but it says "code does not exist", and i have not seen anything, what is the code supposed to do?

Icecab, you must be entering it incorrectly. Make sure there are no spaces and know that each letter is case sensitive.

i copy and pasted the "13BD0566994D14A1767F14EB6FBA81" and it did not work. did i get confused and the code is different?
