Tier 0 Characters

Is anyone else as fascinated by Tier 0 gameplay as I am? I'm a min-maxer at heart, and I'm just curious if there's anyone else out there who shares my interest and might want to discuss some numbers and ideas. Also, does anyone know what level the highest Tier 0 character is currently?

Literally half of the playerbase here are devoted to making calculations and discussing formulas, you'll fit in just fine.

Anything in particular you're interested in? If you head over to the guides section, several people have shared spreadsheets that do alot of that sort of thing. New eyes/opinions/ideas are always welcome, for sure!

Highest lvl Ascension 0 player is most likely lvl 200 many people have power leveling alts in each Ascension Tier but for those alts they hit a wall at lvl 200 due to the fact you need to be T3 to get higher then lvl 200 and become an inferno player.
Also because they max out at lvl 200 the alt's max upgrades stop at lvl 200.
Not to much to know about and seems simple, not overly "fascinating" to me.

I know sub-T3 alts hit a hard cap at 200, I'm just curious if anyone has actually reached 200 yet with a T0. Last I knew, I was one of the earliest T0 characters in the game. I started 6 months ago, and even with almost capped account upgrades and a lot of optimization, I'm still only level 180. I can only see up to level 195 in the party interface, so I'm just curious if anyone knows of any T0s in the 195-200 range which I can't see.
