Guild Creator / Guild Leader

I know devs have a lot in the "to do" list, but Im always worried about guildies and if they are in a full party or not.

I suggest a new Guild function for Creater and/or Leader. An option to check and see with who is in party a guildie. This will help the organization and give more importance to positions in guild.
