Yeah, the rates were a bit too high. I changed them now, what do you think?
Also, i have an another idea. The items could scale with your level, so they're not overpowered at the beggining and underpowered at inferno. I'd say they would have to range from 10 levels from your current level ( Example: You're lvl 100. If you get an item, it's level should be 90-110)
