Possibility of replacement zzz player

We have a player in 4 people party who was playing like 10-12h per day

Today I figured that instead of him we got another toon from my guild

Is that possible to join and drop zzz group member ? or someone kicked zzz zzz group member ? or zzz group member left group himself?

? what! if the player is "zzz" for what ever reason there should be a "red X" in there that lets you kick them.
