Displayed DPS suggestion

The displayed DPS rates are honestly updated too frequently to have any meaning, if the calculation rate was decreased to say a 30 second average or something like that it would be a bit more meaningful both in what is displayed for the player and for the new display for party members.

As it is now, it can fluctuate so wildly that one second it's 4k and the next it's 25-30k with no abilities used.

I put the timer on 5 minutes in the settings
