So when the arena resets at midnight, if you spent APs on the fight and you can't won you got those APs refunded (damage and defense boost) but i don't know if heal is also redunded, anyone knows? thanks!

Heal is not refunded only Attack and Defense buffs.

Heals are refunded if you have not failed the challenge. (You can't have succeeded, nor failed, to receive HP refunds.)
