It surely is, and I believe there is a reliable formula available somewhere.

Check in the main chat room if it's not on the wiki.

Well. I got that much. Still need to know how tier rate and progress rate, as well as engine.xpbalance_mod is calculated. Asking here since this is where I was asked to ask next.

Not sure what these values you are asking about are referring to.

However, most values can be calculated from gathering data within the game. Is there something you are stuck on specifically?

Yes, the tier rate in this formula: http://prntscr.com/80htcw < for xp. As well as party mod, progress rate, erate, engineconfigexpbalancemod, and rested rate. honestly Just need 5/6 and I can math out the other ones. I know the exp that it returns. Seems everyone else I try has no idea either. I'll keep throwing values at all of them until I figure it out properly. I have some idea as to erate, but haven't even gotten close as of my posting this.

I'm not sure what that is from, so I don't really know how to help for these specific values.

What is the actual value you are trying to figure out?

Without knowing what you are investigating, I can only guess based on the nomenclature. It does sound like that is the server mod, though.

Trying to figure out how to calculate how much xp a mob will give based on it's level, to determine best farming level for exp over time. InB4 - 25n+1 gets best xp/hp ratio. < I know this one. However, it doesn't factor in your damage or party size, so yeah, not the best exp over time unless the player is in a certain dps range. Other than that, as it is raised to a power, it quickly becomes "If you can kill the level, it's the best exp/time, because it's the most exp, with minor time differences from the levels below it, due to the xp formula(which apparently comes from Ray)" As the formula shows, moblevel^(1.5+tierrate)-whatever tier rate is -. Meaning 7-9 for at 2, and 10-44 for at3.

The xp / level formula is known. I don't know it off the top of my head, but I've seen it used publicly.

Tier rate most likely refer to inferno level, party mod could be the party exp from ascension points. The rest I have no idea.

Inferno mod is used on the inferno xp calculator, in the link above. Close on party mod. And if you knew where, that would be extremely helpful. I've looked. And googled. http://prntscr.com/80htcw < I have the exp formula. Just none of the variables that I asked for. Any idea what 5/6 are? I know xp. http://prntscr.com/80htcw < This is the exp/level formula.
