Account upgrades ?

1st , is there any future plant for the "account" tab , if there is then how long are we talking about *approximate time is or patch is good too*
2nd , is account upgrades have any limit or endless upgrade like damage ?

that just limit for now :| i hope they will be more + if it end like that what diamond for now *5 diamonds/ap i dont really want to do that ...*
