When you join a challenge that's either 1/2 or 5/6, if you're a bit slow and someone else beats you to it, you end up in the same challenge as the starter. Most of the time.
Sometimes when you are a bit slow on joining a challenge it becomes unstartable when sufficient people have joined. Happened again to me today.
1. Went to join bronze rats duo.
2. Was too slow and was put in a new challenge.
3. Before I could quit it, another user (Remco) joined me.
4. The challenge did not start.
5. I left the challenge and rejoined, but it still didn't start.
6. Now Remco is sitting there in a challenge that won't start when someone joins.
