When I finished expedition and started a new one I sometimes notice I get again on the main screen the notice the expedition is completed in ready to finish it. Once I click on it and go to the expeditionscreen again it seems solve it as I don't get the message again.
Another thing that sometimes happens is that I for example have 800k gold and buy an upgrade that is for example 700k and after I bought it the screen shows I'm 50k or something in the red which isn't of course possible.
It seems to correct itself after 10 second or something and can even see as gold comes in that it goes from 50k to 49.2k in the red but still it is odd.
