Personally, I'd like to be able to quickly specify half of my food, no matter how much I have, just to make it easier to split between my pets. But, I suppose an input and a little head math wouldn't be a bad compromise.

Another idea that might be neat would be an "auto feed" option, so that when pet food comes in it'd automatically feed the pet(s) that should be auto fed.
