There should be a stats screen to customize your character... Would be nice.

On level up you get 1 stats points to put in:

STR: Increase your damage by 1
DEX: Increase your speed of auto attack / click attack by 1%. Caps out at 100%.
INT: Increase your efficiency of some skill:

Splat: 2% damage
Time Freeze: 0.05 seconds
