This is a throttle issue it seems with flash on the users side. The server tells the client how long before they can train, but for some reason when a client is minimized/left without focus, flash throttles it.
I've even gone ahead by using date difference comparison techniques but it still seems to occur. A simple solution I have is to resend every 60 seconds all the timers, just haven't gotten to it yet.
