After the final ascension & Inferno is implemented, there will be further balances made to the rates of things as we'll then know exactly what the end-game caps to both player level and most upgrades will be.
Final Ascension and Inferno mode will likely be added in April, giving years of play and allowing me to set up rates that are a little more geared to the amount of content available.
