Pt2:
-There's a 4 second delay between spawns in support of duo / group modes to allow 'catch-up' for slower connections.
-You only receive rewards for completing each stage once in each difficulty/mode. Technically you'll be able to be rewarded for each stage 3 x 5 times
-You start back at the first stage each time you attempt a challenge. The challenge is not for current stage, but for the entire challenge. This is also in place to allow duo / group modes later to get their early stages complete if a player is not at the same progression within a challenge.
