Spend your gold on hunting upgrades until they are all maxed (except Hp Reduction or Time Extend), and then work on leveling auto upgrades.
Take your AP and buy auto speed upgrades and only that. Do not upgrade your auto speed with AP until you have upgraded it with gold to level 10.
Use diamonds to get 25 gold and 25 exp account upgrades...and then upgrade exp to 100. You'll accumulate enough diamonds with expeditions to get 2x cards when you hit level 130+
When you max auto speed, use AP on woodcutting or mining. When you max account upgrades, get 2x cards and convert the diamonds to AP for auto speed.
