Avatar system anyone (?) PvP/GvG = Each guildie has HP according to their level, Lv 250, 250 HP, Lv 210 = 210HP.
Damage is based on d20 dices, each has a set % to crit, dodge, miss, hit himself.
Defense is based on d10 dices, has a set % to dodge, reduce XX damage taken, totally negate the damage, parry for 1dmg.
Bleh, I ran out of ideas xD (to make it fair to lower levels being attacked by higher levelled, they would have an extra chance to reduce the dmg taken.
