Tier 0 Characters

Highest lvl Ascension 0 player is most likely lvl 200 many people have power leveling alts in each Ascension Tier but for those alts they hit a wall at lvl 200 due to the fact you need to be T3 to get higher then lvl 200 and become an inferno player.
Also because they max out at lvl 200 the alt's max upgrades stop at lvl 200.
Not to much to know about and seems simple, not overly "fascinating" to me.
