Card Collections Button Boundaries

I'm honestly baffled by this one. As you said it's not a big priority so i'm not spending a huge time investigating it yet, but the clipping doesn't match that at all in the designer version. Perhaps it's a flash player resizing thing with the background vectors (even as I read that, it sounds made up). Interesting find...
