I've read about a bug similar to this before. People need to refresh or report it to Ray. If they choose not to and abuse the glitch, Ray has a 0 tolerance for cheaters and their accounts will get deleted.
Hopefully they themselves have reported it as well but as whiteK said, it might just be a visual bug. Just be careful though and do not party with them yourself to take advantage of a glitch, as the results will get your account banned as well.
