So after having all browsers closed for an hour or so, I tried logging in again. This time I actually got off the "connecting..." screen. But the window just went grey for a bit, then popped up with the following message. I thought it might be a password mistype, but I tried again copying and pasting to ensure the password was correct and got the same error.
