Some people have said there is a 5th but it doesn't matter as it's not possible to reach regardless of what you do.

5th is the official last. It is possible provided Ray decides to throw ultra generous code with stupid amount of candies to eat and kill your teeth.
It's not impossible to reach 5th difficulty, it's very unlikely but it's possible.
