When I first created my account and was prompted to log in, I did so. At this point the "Accept the TOS" screen popped up and asked me to enter my name. I was able to enter my name, but pressing the button had no effect. I should note that at this time the "game window" behind these boxes was black. When I refreshed, I got the Accept TOS screen again, but was not prompted to enter my name. The game window also looked like it had the game ready to go in the background. Clicking the accept button this time around worked as expected.
