Upgrade Chat Room Message

My guild just finished lvl 1 of the Guild Hall.. and the message in the guild chat of 'Guild hall has increased to lvl 1' posted itself at least 20 times... I'm assuming that's a bug.  If not, I think the game is a bit... overenthuisastic

It's a bug lol - it's also fixed for new guild room instances or the next maintenance which will force a new instance.
