It can take minutes for that information to change and it makes optimizing card hunting a drag waiting for everyones information for the current map to load so you know if you can want to stay at the current map as a party or move to the next one because everyone already has the current goal.</span><br />
- We are currently working on a major new parsing for personal stat information with the Unity client that will be previewable soon. With that in mind we'll look at expanding parsing of party members as well.<br />

Its not too hard ot spend an hour or two per month just clicking/assigning/reassigning. - 1: I don't think people want us looking at PvP really right now to even improve it.<br />
- 2: That is probably something we could do down the road. It won't have such a feature when the reset ability hits soon though.<br />

- This isn't intended, it's just based on updated properties on the account. The resolution for the flash version is far more annoying than you'd think as they are all dynamic, not static.<br />

Any chance we tweak it so we won't lost claims because of real life issues like timing, work or engagements?</span><br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">(i think he means that if you are on the last claim and leave for work an hour before the end it should cycle over to the next set of claims instead of stopping... as it is now after a 12 hour shift you could have "missed" out on 11+ hours of claims cause work started at an awkward time</span><br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">plenty of times i come home from work and do a claim or 2 and then its sitting at the 5 min wait for next claim... so i know what he means... think what he wants is say 18 or 24 hours of claims from your LAST claim to accumulate... not for it to stop at the end of the last claim and wait for you to get home in 10 hours)</span><br />

- Most notifications have a disabling background. I am fully aware of how bad the current notification system is. We have a notification/mail system we started 2 years ago that we'll be looking at this month, and to where we can start separating non-important notifications without disablers, and including other notifications within a log or mailbox.<br />

Instead of showing ie. 3 energy for 15min why not for 306 energy = 16 hours and 12min., or 312 energy = 14 hours 10min. and 56 sec. something like that, but ofcourse will just sum all of your setup trophy + NRG. and still will leave the player to chop whenever they want, and of course the 3 energy will tick still on a certain time you setup your trophy.</span><br />

- That would probably be the tribal necromancer from the 'tribal smash. challenge.<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;">and I was wondering if you could edit the spray for the Sharken (world 4, stage 13 mob). It would be a nice touch if the hook </span><br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">the sharken carries had the engraving "Billy" on it.</span><br />

- I have read the story . I can edit it in my free time, within the month to come.<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;">What IOU planet do you think would be the scariest to be trapped on? </span><br />

- I've just seriously questionned myself about those, too seriously . Two planets come 'ex aquo' as the most dangerous one: Gamma and Eta. Let me explain....<br />
<br />
- On Alpha, one can live while hiding in trunks, caverns, and eat some edible mushrooms and berries as a snack . The Forest Guardian seems to be pretty open-minded, as long as you say <br />
you don't throw your batteries in the gargabe, you convert your food left-overs to compost, and love puppies (quickly grab a baby lynx and caress his forehead meawhile, just to prove it).<br />
<br />
- On Beta, the reindeer is actually showing you the way to the nearest igloo where you could drink some hot chocolate (while you don't know how to decipher actually and slash him thinking he is <br />
charging at you). <br />
<br />
- On Delta, pretend you are a pirat, wear a 'tricorne' and you are good to go. Pop some coconuts and relax on the beach until the sun set .<br />
<br />
- On Epsilon, even if the environment seems scary, you can still symphatize with 'phantom', and tell him you understand why he is angry, that being dead sucks, <br />
that he did'nt deserved so much misery in his carnal life . Wereverine is a cousin of Chewbacca, so if you look like Han Solo and can do some trick with a laser gun, you'll<br />
 get his affection and a hug, plus he'll help you punch the replica of Jason Vorees .<br />
<br />
- Goblins on Zeta have nothing against you. You just need to give them valuables and pretend you know about a treasure chest full of gold nuggets . Just try to escape while they<br />
chained you upside down on a roasting stick, before they come back from the trekking to the fictive jackpot.<br />
<br />
- On Theta, you have to look for a Pentaloke and try to get advantage of their dubitative spirits . The are the only beings on this planet capable of reason and you can see, by alternatively looking at their four eyes, that they don't judge you for being a human . They instantly seize that you are vulnerable, avid of freedom, a warrior of the truth . For this reason they'll help you hide from the  mastermind that want to eradicate your race .<br />
<br />
- Robots on Iota are made by humans. You understand nothing at first, but you just have to run for a shelter and lock yourself in for a year and survive eating bean cans . If you want to escape you have 3 choices, you either try to locate the main plug of each mech and pull it off, while one of them is trying to chop you with their ultra quick metal arms, or you read the book that will help you bunch reprogram them using an assembly langage. Finally, you can call Ray to do it for you, if the intergalactical phone is still working.<br />
<br />
- On Kappa it's easy, you just pray and offer a young virgin as a sacrifice. Also, keep in mind that semi-god don't like that you stare at them. So remember to always look<br />
at your shoes while you walk on this planet .<br />
  <br />
- Finally on Gamma, you are screwed . It's highly radioactive, so there is not a single carrot growing nearby, and everyone is a zombie wearing some pustulent<br />
scars and bubbles . They understand nothing and they are constantly in pain, so no dialogue will ever be possible . The best you have to do both for you and for them<br />
is to end their misery without remorses. <br />
<br />
- Virus on Eta are as well organisms that just need an host, YOU, to propagate and feel satisfied . Most of the things you can hide in are liquids, cells and holes, so it's either<br />
damp or stinky, too warm . Is a violet fluid good for you? The blue one maybe? You have no choices but to taste and spit, until you find something that is not too toxic for you.<br />
Anways, your survival chances on this planet are very weak. <br />

- They are not annoying at all. Ray rarely ask for modification and I have pretty much white card on everything once the main directions are given .<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;">What file type are you using for your graphics? jpg? png? gif? I am wondering if you use vector data types (EPS/AI/SVG)</span><br />
<br />
- Up to date , everything, except some promotion images, were done directly in flash . So they are all vectors, as they come weightless and easy to scale.<br />
We are starting working with Illustrator, as some things will get easier in this software .<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;">How come you're so cool and with it, and ray is so lame and not with it?</span><br />

- That's because i live in the Northern part of Canada, it's cooler . Ray is on the South .It's all about supraconductors .<br />

- IOU is my main work, i do some side gigs once in a while , not even always art related . I learned drawing by myself, but learned technical stuff by attending different classes .<br />
I did a videogame 3d school back in 2000, when the program was brand new and was not offered by any public schools. Then i did some gigs here and there .<br />

- I've just seriously questionned myself about those, too seriously . Two planets come 'ex aquo' as the most dangerous one: Gamma and Eta. Let me explain....<br />

- On Alpha, one can live while hiding in trunks, caverns, and eat some edible mushrooms and berries as a snack . The Forest Guardian seems to be pretty open-minded, as long as you say <br />
you don't throw your batteries in the gargabe, you convert your food left-overs to compost, and love puppies (quickly grab a baby lynx and caress his forehead meawhile, just to prove it).<br />
<br />
- On Beta, the reindeer is actually showing you the way to the nearest igloo where you could drink some hot chocolate (while you don't know how to decipher actually and slash him thinking he is <br />
charging at you). <br />
<br />
- On Delta, pretend you are a pirat, wear a 'tricorne' and you are good to go. Pop some coconuts and relax on the beach until the sun set .<br />
<br />
- On Epsilon, even if the environment seems scary, you can still symphatize with 'phantom', and tell him you understand why he is angry, that being dead sucks, <br />
that he did'nt deserved so much misery in his carnal life . Wereverine is a cousin of Chewbacca, so if you look like Han Solo and can do some trick with a laser gun, you'll<br />
 get his affection and a hug, plus he'll help you punch the replica of Jason Vorees .<br />
<br />
- Goblins on Zeta have nothing against you. You just need to give them valuables and pretend you know about a treasure chest full of gold nuggets . Just try to escape while they<br />
chained you upside down on a roasting stick, before they come back from the trekking to the fictive jackpot.<br />
<br />
- On Theta, you have to look for a Pentaloke and try to get advantage of their dubitative spirits . The are the only beings on this planet capable of reason and you can see, by alternatively looking at their four eyes, that they don't judge you for being a human . They instantly seize that you are vulnerable, avid of freedom, a warrior of the truth . For this reason they'll help you hide from the  mastermind that want to eradicate your race .<br />

- Robots on Iota are made by humans. You understand nothing at first, but you just have to run for a shelter and lock yourself in for a year and survive eating bean cans . If you want to escape you have 3 choices, you either try to locate the main plug of each mech and pull it off, while one of them is trying to chop you with their ultra quick metal arms, or you read the book that will help you bunch reprogram them using an assembly langage. Finally, you can call Ray to do it for you, if the intergalactical phone is still working.<br />

- On Kappa it's easy, you just pray and offer a young virgin as a sacrifice. Also, keep in mind that semi-god don't like that you stare at them. So remember to always look<br />
at your shoes while you walk on this planet .<br />

- Finally on Gamma, you are screwed . It's highly radioactive, so there is not a single carrot growing nearby, and everyone is a zombie wearing some pustulent<br />
scars and bubbles . They understand nothing and they are constantly in pain, so no dialogue will ever be possible . The best you have to do both for you and for them<br />
is to end their misery without remorses. <br />
<br />
- Virus on Eta are as well organisms that just need an host, YOU, to propagate and feel satisfied . Most of the things you can hide in are liquids, cells and holes, so it's either<br />
damp or stinky, too warm . Is a violet fluid good for you? The blue one maybe? You have no choices but to taste and spit, until you find something that is not too toxic for you.<br />
Anways, your survival chances on this planet are very weak. <br />

- Up to date , everything, except some promotion images, were done directly in flash . So they are all vectors, as they come weightless and easy to scale.<br />
We are starting working with Illustrator, as some things will get easier in this software .<br />

- It's not a bad idea but I don't think this will realistically make it into a priority any time soon. First we need to improve consistency with the guild rooms to begin with, let alone adding challenge details into it.<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;">Curious, will there be a thing put in where we could make the mine ores set to invisible? When you save a lot of Dyna and have quite a bit of energy, when using all of them at once to get a lot of mine ores, you get that CRAZY LAG.</span><br />
- There will not. Mining is likely going to get changed a bit soon....beyond that the Unity client should not contain the same kind of lag you experience in Flash, and since at that point the option by far should not even be necessary it won't really be tackled right now. I know what you're talking about though.<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;">Question for Ray: since ship arena is a important part of the game, and many people have unknowingly made mistakes during their build, example raising reactors to high. Would it be possible to get a one time reset code? or will reactor be fixed anytime soon? Or even better make it like asc and let us reset points at a cost</span><br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">the abuse is the punishment we receive by not having 100% optimization from the start, there is no way to repair a build because the cost is simply too great and there is no income.  this could be fixed with upcoming features such as more drones, fixing of reactors, speed boost, etc.  a one-time forced reset when a major change is introduced would be nice, just so that everyone gets to play with the new toys without being stuck in a build months-old with no way out.  in short:  raybeewankanobee you're our only hope</span><br />
- The thing is about systems like this, is they are not from a limited currency. You can always get more and improve the build by upgrading the things you would better intend to. That being said, there will not be a reset code, or at least it is not planned.<br />

I'm a light spender who is just returning to the game and I had to come on discord and search for some key words about it (pack, best deal, just coming back, ect) to find out the monthly pack is good value. My suggestion is to maybe make a small guide on spending for someone who is new or just coming back? (maybe see if it can be added to the Game Guide by ExWhiteWolf? I'm not sure if its still updated though)</span><br />

- I appreciate the interest. The work on IOU is extremely niche. We just got a new front-end developer on the team, but this required some serious specifics to make happen. Most people, no matter their skill level would become a detriment to the development since IOU has so many different technologies involved, and has a serious collaborative context. It also requires a lot of years of experience in dealing with multiplayer code due to the threading, AWS (Ec2's, lambda, S3/Cloudfront, etc), SSL, MongoDB, Redis, etc. It's unfortunate that it's such a complication to expand members because IOU has many programmers within it.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Question: can the mining border be changeable, i got the water one way back at lv100 and I'm ready for something new, but 200 levels later it has not happened.</span><br />
- I sure hope so. I'm looking at a mining rehaul by summer.<br />

- This is another case of a very unlimited resource. I don't think it will be necessary to integrate such a system as you can spend some time investing into the newly desirable buildings pretty quickly. I don't like 'everything' being resettable.<br />

- Interesting. We haven't tracked such a thing, but I think I'll start tracking it and then consider the trophy later.<br />

- I appreciate the interest. The work on IOU is extremely niche. We just got a new front-end developer on the team, but this required some serious specifics to make happen. Most people, no matter their skill level would become a detriment to the development since IOU has so many different technologies involved, and has a serious collaborative context. It also requires a lot of years of experience in dealing with multiplayer code due to the threading, AWS (Ec2's, lambda, S3/Cloudfront, etc), SSL, MongoDB, Redis, etc. It's unfortunate that it's such a complication to expand members because IOU has many programmers within it.<br />

Kind of how it works....they certainly don't get special favors or biased love from me; they are the most vocal and angry Guild in IOU with me all the time. Shrug to the accusation...<br />
