Clicked to donate stone and the "Verifying investment" notification came up. Before it disappeared I got pulled into a challenge. I was able to complete the challenge (and use hotkeys) but couldn't get out of the challenge because I couldn't click "Quit challenge" at the end, and the "Verifying investment" popup did not disappear. I didn't lose any stone and it wasn't actually invested.
Refreshing fixed it, and I know it's probably a really rare occurence, but is there something that can be done to avoid this in future (apart from the obvious about not donating stone when in a nearly full challenge lol).
