Messaging system improvements

Currently Messaging system seems incomplete. So several suggestions.

1. There should be an option to click to PM somebody. Maybe a button in the inspection window. Some names can be overlycomplex/random letters and numbers so just typing them in is a hassle. Also click the names of the people in your party to pm them.

2. The notification of new chat messages should be be/bigger/brighter/more noticable as it is really easy to miss.Many people just dont respond to messages and it seems that half the time it is because they didnt know they are being messaged

3. An option to turn off guild notifications from overcrowding general guild chat.maybe even a separate window for them

Yeah, I definitely agree with these points. I haven't really had a problem with #2 myself, but I can understand it. #3 is the big one for me since after I leave for a day, I want to be able to catch up on our conversations, but sifting through all the notification info is generally a hassle.

Fair enough. I'll try to keep #3 in mind with this guild rehaul
