Does iourpg delete old accounts?

I used to have an account around level 200, and I wanted to use it and play on it for a while, but I can't get in. I don't fully remember my password or username, but I've tried every possibility I would have put it to. If so, I'd be very disappointed. Is there any way I can insert my email to get a password or? Because I tried the forgot password thing and it's just locked.
