In game messaging system.

Need.
Buddy list; able to PM/mail other members.

I suggested before in discord that it be combined in a single window (two tabs). One friend list. One party menu. Party menu needs a invite button; and a kick button (zzz or not) ; and a "designate new party captain" button. Oh ya. Parties need captains.

These things are needed.


Here as an example of such a tabbed- "community" window (for party/friends) from another game which I think serves to highlight how simple a setup it really is.
