Making Altar multiplicative

if 10 asc points is 5% exp, then .5% exp is only 1 asc point (5/10). 2 if you consider the point from gold. 

The proposed altar idea is good, but I don't see why it cannot be a separate building.

I like the full 1% per 5 levels such that multiples of 5 are multiples of 3. 5 =3%, 10 = 6%, 15 = 9% and so on.

I like the idea for Altar giving bonus soul orb XP I would however like the existing gold/xp building to stay (and perhaps be renamed) Maybe some kind of bar or tavern idea.
