I'm having an issue with the battle/ability cooldown timers. At the moment, with all my abilities and upgrades, I usually have around 15 seconds after the cooldown resets to use them a second time. I recently tried to complete Tirbal Smash Silver Solo and the battle time kept ticking down smoothly but my ability timers kept falling out of sync and fell further and further behind to where I couldn't use them a second time.
