Chat QoL change.

I personally don't like where the chat window is currently, I'm not a big fan of how it takes up room on the screen, it just doesn't feel as clean as it could be.

Obviously, you could incorporate it much better than how my picture has it, but I think something along those lines would be fantastic.
Just a thought.
