Rested Time - Wildfire2099 - 07-17-2015
I'm not sure if this is a bug or as intended, but it seems like most of the time if I close the window for the game, I do NOT get rested time when next I log in. If I leave it open, and let the computer time out/go to sleep/etc., then I do.
It's definitely not 100% consistent, but it seems to happen that way the majority of the time... just wondering if that's a big.

It sometimes happens to me, too. But I don't know why.
