Just a quick update on things....i'm pretty close to completing the new ticket system, which has been the biggest hassle in development for this game by far, but it's finally near completion.
It appears party instances have improved significantly, while guild instances still are having their hiccups. I'll be looking into that soon, along with many other reports i've been receiving.
Please bear with any delay in response in the next 24 hours while I frantically get this new system up and running.
