My supporter level is 1 yet i didn't got any bonus in the VIP section at the shop.

If I'm understanding correctly, are you saying that you didn't receive 250 bonus diamonds from claiming Support Level 1 reward?
That number is showing the goal required to allow you to collect each level's reward, and functions as intended (e.g, it won't give you extra diamonds, but will give the other 4 rewards). This probably needs to be reworded for clarity.
If this is not what you mean, could you provide some other details please? Thanks!

As you can see here, I've reached level 1 and i'm on my way to level 2. yet when i check the VIP section in the store, i don't see any changes. Is something wrong or i simply don't understand something?

Ah, I see now. The VIP upgrades are manually purchased with diamonds (the ones you see at the top of your screen after AP).
The 'Support Level' milestone is an automatic bonus system that gives extra mods on top of your manually chosen upgrades. You can view some of this in the 'Character' window.
Maybe there needs to be more explicit wording on some of these windows. Nothing appears to be wrong here based on your description and screenshots though.
