dont know if its a bug or just a change but yesterday i needed 3 more event points for next milestone but now it shows i need 28 more

The requirement per milestone is every 25. Perhaps you reached the next milestone.
I did however just put a new client up as it was showing the wrong requirements (higher than actually needed) for milestones.

it shows i have the first milestone with 22 points and need 28 more for the second one so i guess its wrong

mine shows "-2" needed. I have 2 total.
0% on everything only done 2.
