black screen after logon - jimmychooshoes - 04-30-2015
Since the weekend ive only been able to get a black screen after putting my username and password. I downloaded chrome and tried in that (I already had firefox but never tried chrome so a fresh install). All 3 browsers do the same thing, downloads, put username in, black box where the game should be.
Any ideas?

I have noticed then when it is loading it says 37d in the corner but on the screen where you click logon it says 36d - is that relevant? Ive tried in sandbox mode, deleting cache etc but it does the same.

The version thing is just a hiccup from the last patch. Please include your character name for reporting bugs so I can look directly at an account, as these occurrences are sometimes account related, and does not globally affect other players.
