Start of April = a lot of multiple instances (even though I only play from 1 computer)
possibly due to parties and etc
Since last week also included a few things like
every 6 (or X) hours seems to create a new instances, and if people relog
everyone in the guild will be offline (until everyone else relogs)
and hence makes parties of 3 and 4 impossible/complicated
(might already be fixed, unsure)
Also a few players seem to have the problem where they can't stay in parties
(I had it for about 6 hours then it stopped)
basically every few minutes/hours, it will say party host left or something
(might be linked to all the multiple instances as well)
I also encountered a problem with inferno... sometimes the inferno level becomes bugged.
I'm always at inferno 2 or 3 (so 303 or 404)
but at one time it made itself inferno 101... for a few hours..
and i had to move to 1-2, then 1-1, to make it reset
Also noticed a bugged-matrix-pixelated gold coin that moves sideways
(seen at least 3 times)

There's a pretty massive bug fix on this in the next patch. Additional monitoring on these issues will continue thereafter, as unfortunately I don't know the extent that this bug caused these issues.

adding to these...
facebook accounts and iourpg accounts..
seems to always be in separate worlds/servers.
(similar to the new instances thing from the first post)
and somehow.. i can not see random parties to join unless I remove my password.
