Challenge Designated Times - Ray - 03-01-2015
I mentioned, but did not include in this patch, a system for designated challenge times.
Challenges are available whenever, but setting an ingame timer as to when a good unofficial time for challenges to occur would help the community connect for duo/group challenges more easily. So - When and how often?
Before you vote, please do so unselfishly and realize there are players who play from all over the world...whatever works, should work for everyone.

I play 6am-9pm EST.

i play around 4am - 11am est then about 5-6pm - 8-9pm est

There WILL NOT BE a good time so depend on how much player choose the same time i guess :3

6 and 12 because 12 PM EST is 6 PM for me
